We took Huxley to be groomed yesterday. He got a bit more of a nip and tuck than I would have hoped for. He looks like a cross between a black lab puppy and a scrawny lion. I'm just glad that he's never seen himself in a mirror, I don't think that he'd recognize himself!

There is a small local farm on our way to, well, most anything. This morning we were on our way to Home Depot to pick out some flowers for grandpa Hunt's upcoming visit. I was feeling pretty tired out from taking care of Noah and Chloe while Michael worked in Las Vegas, and hadn't made big plans for our day. This little impromtu visit to feed the sheep turned out to be the highlight of Noah's week!

Our very 1st Blog - BY RAVE

I must admit to becoming a bit of a blog voyeur over the past few months! I've loved getting glimpses into our friends’ lives (as well as perfect strangers) from their blogs. So, I figured that it was time to get our own blog up and running. I have no idea what I'll write about, but I figured that there is always something going on in life that I tend to RAVE about. And Michael is always on a RANT, so here launches "RANT and RAVE" into cyberspace!

Chloe loves to be a bathing beauty. She hangs out in the grass with me while Michael and Noah swim. Noah has a pretty cool torpedo that speeds through the water. It's been encouraging him to get down on his hands and knees in the water and get his face wet.
